+ How do I get access to the online workshops?
**IMPORTANT NOTE** PLEASE check your email (and spam folder) for an email from us immediately after you sign up. Then whitelist our e-mail address. If you’ve got Gmail, move the message from your Promotions folder into your Primary Inbox.
We ALWAYS suggest a home email as school filters tend to "eat" our emails and never reappear in your inbox.
Once you've paid, click the link in your paid receipt to register your product and gain access to the password-protected portal.
+ What if I’m not at my computer when the live session is taking place. Can we access the video at our convenience?
There is nothing live. Everything is viewed via prerecorded videos. You then have access to them to complete the steps whenever you like.
+ How long will the tasks take?
Each daily task should take 5-15 minutes. Not much time at all!
+ When do the workshops start and end?
These are self-study courses, so it doesn't have a specific time frame.
+ Can you issue continuing education credits?
At the conclusion of the course, you will be given a downloadable certificate for the 2 hours of PD provided within the course. It will be up to you to find out whether that certificate is accepted. I will not be able to provide any other additional documentation.
+ What is your refund policy?
Since these are quick 5 Day workshops and I have been very clear about what it includes, there will be no refunds once the purchase has been made.
